Curated stories at SODAS 2123 Project Space

The exhibition was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Kęstutis Gvalda (1925–2011).

It featured graphic design artifacts from the period of 1964–1984, designed at the Experimental Package Design Bureau. Gvalda's entire work and artistic activities were inseparable from the “Tara” bureau (the short title for this specialized graphic design institution). At the end of the 1980s, following the privatization of the bureaus premises, Gvalda managed to preserve a small, yet important portion of archival material from the “Tara” bureau. This exhibition also presented authentic artifacts from the personal archive of Monika Jonaitienė (1935–1999), preserved by her son Kęstutis Jonaitis.
